Business Development Associate/Manager
What You'll Do as Business Development Associate/Manager (based on experience):
- Perform targeted market, business, and regulatory analyses.
- Manage new business opportunities from origination to structuring to project maturity
- Track and analyse EU policies and regulations impacting renewables.
- Lead EU funding applications and financing initiatives.
- Engage directly with EU institutions, stakeholders, and investors.
- Represent Zhero at EU events and industry conferences.
- Prepare briefings, slide deck and reports for internal/external stakeholders.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop opportunities in renewables, and clean energy infrastructure.
- Collaborate internally to drive strategic business objectives.
- Craft compelling proposals tailored to stakeholder needs.
What we look for
Experience: 3–5 years in energy, renewables, regulatory or EU affairs related to energy. Backgrounds in industry, consulting, finance, or institutions welcome. Strong grasp of energy markets, regulation, and policy required.
Background: Degree in Business, EU/International Affairs, Finance, Engineering, or similar.
